Qualifications

• Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment, including Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Experience working and collaborating with external vendors.
• Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues.

Responsibilities

• Support social media cloud services solutions for Financial Advisors and Bankers.
• Liaise with vendors, troubleshoot, monitor, and manage incidents.
• Communicate complex issues to management, vendors, and internal teams.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English

Windows desktop support

Browser support (IE & Chrome)

Troubleshooting of services for outage handling and root cause analyses
