Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or 10+ years in management.
• Experience in food processing preferred.
• Registered member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of seven Engineering Specialists.
• Implement structured skill development and mentorship.
• Oversee engineering program execution across Canadian plants.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage relationships with external engineering firms.
• Collaborate globally to harmonize engineering standards.
