Overview

The Opportunity: Our Nuclear subsector, a key component of WSP’s ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients in the nuclear industry. Our team offers a wide range of services, including technical and feasibility studies, project management, detailed design, procurement, site management, quality surveillance, commissioning and asset management. This division is operating at an exciting time as nuclear power and new technology solutions are developing globally, with Canada as a leader in nuclear refurbishments, nuclear new builds, incredible capital projects portfolios and a deep history in nuclear supply chain.

WSP is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Nuclea r to join one of our Ontario offices. Several projects may require travel to Tiverton, Ontario, Toronto Ontario, Saint John, New Brunswick, Pickering and Oshawa, Ontario.

We are seeking an Engineering Manager who has direct experience working on nuclear projects in Canada. This position requires leading teams across Electrical, I&C, Mechanical, and Civil/Structural disciplines for both Nuclear New Build and other nuclear facilities. The successful candidate must ensure safety, regulatory adherence, and foster innovative approaches. A deep understanding of Canadian nuclear standards and a strong track record of leadership in multidisciplinary engineering settings are essential.
