A leading aerospace and security firm in Ottawa is seeking an experienced Engineer Application Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical support for Engineering applications and maintaining the environments they operate in. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and experience with IS/IT applications. Thales is looking to hire an Engineer Application Support Specialist to provide technical support related to Engineering applications and the environment they are hosted in, from an infrastructure, installation/configuration, customization, and administrative user support role. Responsible for maintenance of the environment (i.e. hardware upgrades, server patches, application updates/upgrades), responding to configuration and customization needs of the engineering users, and providing administrative functions and end user support to the engineering community.

Reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and variable compensation target, is between 68,638.73 - 114,259.50 CAD Annual.
