Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Manufacturing Business Operations, Manufacturing Excellence (MBO ME) team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Engineer to support innovation projects that drive change at the various North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMCs) across the Region and ultimately improve Team Member Smiles.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Manufacturing Digital Transformation’s (MDT) use case Machine Reliability Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (MR FMEA) through its initial development and deployment to the NAMCs. The MR FMEA target is to create standards for FMEA processes that enable a digital FMEA tool which will be used to determine the right equipment reliability and predictability activities. This is a regional role and will interface with all US, MX and Canada NAMC’s.
