About the Project Cross Fraser Partnership (CFP) is a Bouygues Construction Canada Inc., Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas Canada Ltd., Pomerleau BC Inc. and Arcadis Canada Inc., a general partnership selected to collaboratively deliver a new, eight‑lane immersed tube tunnel that will replace the existing George Massey Tunnel on Highway 99.
The new tunnel will have three vehicle lanes and a dedicated transit lane in each direction, with a separated active transportation corridor for cyclists and pedestrians.
The Engagement Manager will play a key role within the CFP Communications and Engagement team throughout the different stages of the project and in support of the overall engagement objectives and public image for the project.
This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Communication and Engagement plans, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder and community outreach.
He / She / They will help manage and coordinate the implementation and hosting of workshops, and the collection and compiling of stakeholder feedback.
He / She / They will have a strong background in communications and engagement.
Previous involvement with the construction and / or knowledge of the infrastructure industry would be an asset.

Ability to translate technical materials into plain language.
In addition to being responsible for developing relationships with community members, stakeholders and members of the public, the candidate will be required to work within a large multidisciplinary construction team.
The expected salary range for this opportunity is $95,000 – $110,000. Salaries may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and geographical location. Listed compensation is exclusive of bonus and is in addition to our extensive employee benefits program.
