Qualifications

• 3-8 years of related experience in a technical role.
• Certification in a related field preferred.
• Ability to operate specialized test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a wide range of test procedures on equipment.
• Performs tests and calculations, compiles data and summarizes results.
• Acts as liaison with other departments as needed.
• Independently analyzes complex devices for compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of Electrical Appliance certification standards

Knowledge of Energy Efficiency Verification testing standards

Education

3-year Technical Certificate or equivalent

Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology
