An exciting and challenging post has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse within the Endoscopy Unit at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
This is a busy unit providing a wide range of diagnostic, therapeutic and acute upper and lower Endoscopic procedures for in-patients in collaboration with the specialties of Gastroenterology, Colorectal Surgery, Upper GI surgery.
This post will offer the post holder an opportunity to work within a high skilled and motivated team delivering high quality care to their patients. The post holder will be involved in maintaining high standards of patient care using audit, risk management and evidence based practice.
Desirable knowledge of Endoscopy, General Surgery and Gastroenterology; training will be provided. It is essential that you are currently a Registered Nurse with the NMC and that you have relevant post registration experience.
