Employee Success Manager
What You’ll Do
Be a Partner to Our Developers:
- Act as the first point of contact for our developer team, providing confidential support and guidance on their concerns and career goals. You'll serve as a crucial link between developers and management, helping to facilitate open communication and mediate any potential issues. You will also conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to build trust and proactively identify potential roadblocks. You will manage and oversee employee relations, including addressing internal disputes, handling PTO requests, and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
Drive Performance and Development:
- Collaborate with team leads to gather comprehensive performance feedback, ensuring a holistic understanding of each developer\'s work. You\'ll help manage and refine the performance review process to make it a valuable and transparent experience. You will also partner directly with developers to create personalized career development plans and identify opportunities for skill enhancement.
Champion Learning and Growth:
- Identify skill gaps and learning needs across the team based on performance data and employee feedback. You\'ll then curate and implement learning initiatives, such as workshops, certifications, and mentorship programs, that support the continuous growth of our technical talent.
Provide Strategic People Insights:
- Analyze employee morale and engagement, and provide management with actionable insights on retention trends. You\'ll help develop and implement initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment and partner with HR to ensure our people practices are fair and consistent.
