A global leader in hospitality seeks an Employee Engagement Specialist in Ottawa, Ontario. The role focuses on enhancing student satisfaction through strategic initiatives and exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing employee engagement programs, conducting training, and promoting a positive work culture. Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education, experience in HR programs, and strong leadership skills. This position allows for growth and development within a supportive environment.
This position reports into the District Manager and collaborates with the Human Resources Department. The Employee Engagement Specialist partners with HR and operation leaders to develop innovative programming to drive customer and employee engagement and deliver on our desired hospitality culture.
