Qualifications

  • RVT in good standing is mandatory.
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine is beneficial.
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership role.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and oral) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to a team of RVTs and ACAs, including workflow assessments.
  • Establish staffing needs and collaborate with management for hiring.
  • Train new hires and existing staff to maintain a motivated team.
  • Schedule RVTs and ACAs based on business needs.
  • Authorize vacation, overtime, and on-call requests.
  • Perform administrative functions as required.
  • Function as an RVT on the floor for half of the time.
