A leading educational institution in Mississauga is hiring a Part-time Elementary School Teacher/Tutor to mentor students and help them achieve their full learning potential. Responsibilities include instructing students, providing progress reports, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be Ontario Certified or knowledgeable of the Canadian Curriculum, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have at least one year of tutoring experience. Flexibility for evenings and Saturday mornings is required.

We are seeking a Part-time Elementary School Teacher/Tutor immediately to expand our team of certified teachers and motivated educators.

Essential Job Functions:

• Instruct students on an as-needed basis.
• Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress.
• Complete administrative tasks when required.
• Follow, adapt, and provide feedback regarding each student’s individual Goal Sheet.

Requirements:

• Ontario Certified Teacher (Preferred) or very knowledgeable of Canadian Curriculum.
• At least 1 year of prior tutoring experience in a learning Centre and/or professional setting.
• Able to work as a part of a team and independently.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible attitude & excellent organizational skills.

This is a part-time position, that requires evenings and Saturday Mornings.
