Overview

Electromechanical Computer Vision Roboticist — TEEMA Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a candidate to support an autonomous robotics solution built for poultry farmers to reduce labor demand and cost. The role focuses on computer vision and machine learning for robotics (ideally mobile robotics), including mapping, detection, and 3D mapping.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to an autonomous robotics solution built for poultry farmers to help reduce labor demand and cost.
  • Apply computer vision and machine learning to robotics, with emphasis on mapping, detection, and 3D mapping.
  • Collaborate on electrical hardware integration, including motor controllers, drivers, motors, gearboxes, etc.
  • Test and troubleshoot the foundation of the project to ensure it aligns with customer needs, with potential for progression to more work and closer to full-time later on.
Qualifications
  • Experience in computer vision and machine learning for robotics (preferably mobile robotics) including mapping, detection, and 3D mapping.
  • Experience with electrical hardware integration (motor controllers, drivers, motors, gearboxes, etc.).
  • Available to start on a remote, part-time basis (approximately 5–15 hours per week) with potential for increased hours.
