Overview

EXCITING ELECTRICAL DESIGNER/DRAFTER OPPORTUNITY IN CALGARY

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical layouts and schematics for brownfield EPC projects, focusing on well pads, oil batteries, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers and produce high-quality deliverables under tight timelines.
• Report to a Senior Electrical Design Drafter and contribute to multiple small-scale projects.

Must-Haves

• True intermediate with relevant oil & gas EPC experience.
• Ideally 4+ years in the field, with proven ability to work independently on standard deliverables.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (all variations) is essential; 2D modeling is the core requirement; direct oil & gas EPC project experience is required.
• Candidates without this background may be considered a stretch and may require overhead training time.

Nice to Have

• 3D modeling is a bonus but not required (senior team members can handle it).
• Familiarity with CADWorx, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD Electrical is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
