Self-paced and virtual learning play a critical role in delivering accessible, meaningful training to diverse communities nationwide.

In this contract opportunity, you will join a collaborative Experience team supporting mental health awareness and resilience programs used by thousands of learners. Working closely with the E-Learning Team Lead and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure the organization’s Learning Management System is reliable, inclusive, and designed to deliver engaging learning experiences that truly make a difference.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Learning Management System, including updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • You will support facilitators, colleagues, and learners by providing technical guidance, training, and user support.
  • You will maintain accurate user records, course data, and reporting to support tracking and compliance.
  • You will identify opportunities to enhance LMS functionality and user experience, and help implement upgrades or new features.
  • You will ensure security, privacy, and accessibility standards are upheld across the platform.
  • You will collaborate with the E-Learning Team Lead to support continuous improvement of the organization’s digital learning strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems in an technical capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar, including SCORM and xAPI.
  • Familiarity with W3C web interoperability and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with WordPress development, APIs, Salesforce, or continuous deployment practices is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a learner-focused mindset.
