Position Summary

Located within the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport and Recreation, the eLearning Production Assistant (EPA) plays a key supporting role in the development and delivery of online and blended learning experiences within the Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation. Reporting to the Manager, International and Community Education, this position collaborates closely with the eLearning Specialist, instructors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to help transform existing course materials into fully online formats.

The EPA is responsible for coordinating content collection, drafting and editing course materials, organizing learning assets, and managing communications across multiple projects. This role supports the eLearning Specialist by handling the production and logistical aspects of course builds, ensuring timely execution of deliverables while maintaining high standards in accessibility, accuracy, and pedagogical soundness.
