A leading energy infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Electrical Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Technician to join our team in Pembroke, Ontario. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining natural gas compression systems, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Our Rideau Area Operations Team is currently seeking an Electrical Instrumentation & Controls (EIC) Technician to join our team based at our compressor station in Pembroke or Stittsville, ON.
Reporting to the Rideau Operations Area Manager, this EIC Controls Technician will operate and maintain natural gas compression and auxiliary equipment (including assigned electronic, electrical, pneumatic and/or mechanical control systems, devices, and ancillary equipment gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, boilers, fuel gas compressors, and PLC & DCS control systems) in a manner which meets operational needs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will also be required to perform tasks from other disciplines.
