Educational Assistant

Job Location: G.H. Dawe School, G.H. Dawe, 30 hours weekly, January 19 - June 29, 2026. Temporary position replacing a leave of absence. The successful applicant will provide support to students in grades K-8.

Desirable Qualifications And Attributes

• Educational Assistant Certificate, Social Work diploma or comparable education is an asset
• Experience or education in working with children with complex needs and behaviours preferred
• Comfortable working independently, with minimal guidance.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Toileting and lifting will be required.
