Education Online Instructor – ADED 3P12 D 1 ( Spring 2026 )

Elective ADED Course ADED 3P12 - Conflict Management: Resolutions and Relationships (0.5 credit).

Introduction to the concepts and strategies of non-adversarial conflict resolution as it relates to family, the workplace and the community focusing on a conceptual framework for resolving differences in order to maintain and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

This is a half credit (0.5) course of 36 contact hours in a duration offered in unit increments over approximately 12 weeks, asynchronously (though within defined weekly windows of time), fully online.

There are no on-campus meeting requirements for this position.

Compensation: Approximately $6,820.31 per half course (195 hours) or $13,640.62 per full course (390 hours).
