A leading snack company in Toronto is looking for a Digital Shelf Associate to execute eCommerce strategies and manage digital shelf approaches across retailers. This role involves executing marketing plans based on analytics and partnering effectively with digital agencies. Candidates should have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and relevant experience. The position includes budget management and the ability to generate insightful reports. A collaborative spirit is essential in this hybrid work environment.
You will help execute the digital shelf strategy in your assigned area, business unit, country, or category. In partnership with the marketing team, you will implement a digital shelf plan and assess the effectiveness of that plan with a focus on return on investment. You will also build relationship with digital shelf agencies. As a particularly advanced digital marketer, you will help drive our understanding and use of digital platforms in our marketing plans and be a source of learning and development for the wider marketing function.

Digital Shelf Associate will be responsible for executing the eCommerce strategy online. Responsibilities include digital shelf management across all retailers’ websites, and total eComm business analytics & reporting. This position will provide support across all Mondelez Canada brands.
The expected base salary range for this position is CAD 76,800.00 - CAD 96,000.00 depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitivebonus program with a target of8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
