A leading aerospace company in Ottawa is seeking an Early Careers Program Manager to oversee student hiring strategies. The Early Careers Program Manager will lead end‑to‑end student hiring strategies for multiple business groups, taking full ownership of planning and execution.
The role is responsible for building strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, current students, and key university partners across Canada to support Nokia’s student programs.
You will shape and drive internal and external branding initiatives, leveraging social media to promote the Canada Student Program, while also representing the company at career events and facilitating internal learning and team‑building sessions for students.
This role covers approximately April 2026 to October 2027.
