Job Summary

Crescendo Sales is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Kitchener, ON, doubling in size each year. Founded by recent University of Waterloo and Guelph alumni, we’re a small, ambitious team looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to help keep our operational engine running smoothly.

As our E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring day-to-day workflows stay on track across Amazon operations, reporting, supplier communication, logistics, and internal team coordination. You’ll handle a mix of digital tasks, cross-team communication, and occasional in-person operational work, making sure ongoing projects progress without bottlenecks.

This position is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, comfortable managing many moving parts, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with every function in the business: warehouse, purchasing, marketing, creative, and leadership - gaining exposure to all sides of e-commerce operations.

Education / Experience
  • ✔ Recent graduate OR experience in admin/ops/project coordination

Job Responsibilities
Amazon & Marketplace Operations
  • Manage reimbursements, seller cases, and account health follow-ups
  • Support listing compliance, stranded inventory fixes, and basic listing updates
  • Pull Amazon reports requiring manual extraction
  • Coordinate buyer message responses or route them to the right person
Internal Coordination
  • Follow up with team members on outstanding tasks or missing information
  • Coordinate between warehouse, purchasing, creative team, and leadership
  • Track progress of ongoing projects (photos, listing updates, supplier orders, etc.)
  • Maintain clarity on the status of all operational workflows
External Communication
  • Assist with supplier communication and order status updates
  • Coordinate with shipping partners, customs brokers, etc. when required
Content & Product Handling
  • Manage image/copy requests and creative timelines for graphic designers
  • Take basic product photos when needed
  • Track deliverables such as listing assets or content updates
Process Improvements
  • Keep folders, documents, and shared drives organized
  • Proactively streamline systems, naming conventions, and workflow structures
