Position Description

This position will be responsible for assisting in the development, sales growth, and ongoing maintenance of the website, APP, email campaigns and database.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Deploy all creative digital assets on homepages, landing pages and collection pages for each brand and linking to the proper assortment in a timely manner and accurately.
  2. Implement and manage promotional pricing and markdowns within the Shopify/APP platforms ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
  3. Update and maintain all static pages including store hours, shipping methods, policy changes, store locator etc.
  4. Conduct daily auditing of the website/App to ensure compliance of standards including promotional pricing, promotional messaging, assets, and information is updated and accurate.
  5. Responsible for email marketing campaigns, push notifications, testing, execution and deployment via Klaviyo and APP platforms.
  6. Assist and manage email list management, A/B testing, optimization, automation, compliance, and analysis aiming to drive sales, customer engagement, retention and brand loyalty within Klaviyo Platform.
  7. Partner with our Marketing team on coordinating of website and digital marketing assets unique to the needs of the business.
  8. Provide insight and make recommendations for improved customer experience for website improvements and help manage the process to implement updates.
  9. Conduct competitive research in the online channel based on competitors and provide recommendations for growth.
  10. Pull analytical data utilizing Google Analytics/Shopify/Klaviyo on Key Performance Indicators for weekly reports and recommending changes as a result.
  11. All other duties as assigned by management as required.

Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary education in eCommerce, marketing, business and/or related eCommerce, marketing and business experience.
  2. Solid understanding of online customer experience and online analytics.
  3. Basic experience with SAAS eCommerce platforms, related project experience is preferred.
  4. 2 Year Experience with previous experience with Ecommerce content management systems.
  5. Experience working with the Shopify Plus & Klaviyo platform is preferred and would be an asset.
  6. Basic Knowledge and experience working with HTML/CSS is an asset.
  7. Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency.
  8. Fashion industry experience preferred.
  9. Intermediate/fluent French is an asset.
  10. SEO and Google Analytics experience.
