Job summary

A technology solutions company is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to support training initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. The role involves preparing data, creating test scenarios, and developing documentation for training purposes. Strong experience with these platforms, attention to detail, and a structured approach to content organization are required. This is a contract position for 6-7 months, primarily on-site with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations.
• Experience with SharePoint teams sites for organizing digital content.
• Strong practical knowledge of creating and manipulating system data.
• Familiarity with documenting technical information and user guides.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to task breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Support sandbox data preparation and environment setup.
• Create role-based test case data and simulation scripts.
• Structure and maintain a SharePoint-based knowledge repository.
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure readiness.

Skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
