Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor and grow a team of developers for the development, integrations and maintenance of applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Align engineering efforts with business objectives and long-term strategy.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Implement and refine development processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and improve code quality, testing coverage, and system reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Guide architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices while developing systems to support both business and technical integration needs.
  • Lead team of developers on design, development and implementation of integrations through various cloud technology platforms and methods.
  • Broad Understanding of the D365 technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged including, but not limited to, Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, etc.
  • Champion agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • 7 years of experience in full software development life cycle in an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working with MS D365 CE
  • 2+ Years leading and managing Software Development teams
  • Understanding of OO (Object Oriented) programming
  • Experience architecting, designing and customizing integrations and software applications (e.g. customer portals and extending data model).
  • Experience in leading technology development teams in .NET, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, C#, .NET, secure application development, APIs
  • Experience with leading teams for D365 interfacing, data migration and integration
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, interpersonal and team participation skills are a must
  • Leadership in leading technical staff
  • Experience in cross platform technologies and design
  • Azure Development (Azure functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Synapse, Azure Machine Learning, etc.)
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform

To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $101,900 to $140,100 in Toronto, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
