Job summary

A community-focused organization in Edmonton seeks a Fund Development Assistant to provide administrative and database support for fundraising operations. You will keep donor records accurate, manage communications, and assist in various initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized with administrative experience and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Raiser’s Edge. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $22.25 per hour.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders is an asset.
  • Confident in learning and working with new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage donor inbox and respond to inquiries.
  • Prepare and mail donor communications.
  • Support fundraising appeals and campaigns.
