About the Role

Director, Strategic Pricing and Analytics for Accommodations at Priceline. Lead strategy and execution for pricing and travel deal making.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a lean team of Senior Pricing Analysts to execute and improve Priceline's pricing strategy.
  • Partner with Technology, Product and Data Science to develop innovative pricing solutions.
  • Strategize with Sales and Competitive Intelligence to stay competitive in travel space.
  • Partner with Marketing and Finance to maintain operating margins and demand channel ROIs.
  • Design and implement A/B experiments to measure price sensitivity.
  • Build and enhance pricing reporting infrastructure.
  • Influence decisions through analysis and modeling.
Who You Are
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with Data Scientists and commercial acumen.
  • Hands‑on SQL and relational database experience.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards (Tableau/Excel).
  • Proficiency in Python (strongly preferred).
  • Applied modeling techniques to business problems.
  • Can‑do mindset and passion for analytics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ownership of results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 10+ years or MBA/Master’s with 6+ years.
  • Experience in data science, market research, travel, e‑commerce is highly desirable.
  • Illustrated history of living Priceline values.
  • High standard of ethics, honesty, transparency and compliance.
Salary Range

$175,000 - $205,000, with potential bonus and equity.
