A growing technology company based in Calgary is seeking a Director, Partner Services to lead the Partner Services team. You will be responsible for executing large-scale partner migrations and ensuring a smooth transition for all partners. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in partner-facing SaaS roles and a strong background in leading teams. We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Director, Partner Services to build, lead, and scale Wagepoint’s Partner Services function. This role owns the partner services experience across the partner lifecycle, ensuring partners can operate on Wagepoint with confidence.
Over the next 12 months, this role will focus on leading and executing the migration of all Wagepoint partners to the latest version of the platform. Success requires strong program and project management discipline — coordinating cross-functional teams, sequencing work, managing dependencies, mitigating risk, and delivering migrations smoothly with minimal disruption.
You’ll lead a team of Partner Consultants and work closely with Partner Sales, Product, Customer Ops, Compliance, and Support to translate executive-level partner and revenue goals into clear operational plans and consistent execution.
You will report directly to the VP of Sales.
