About Think Green Solutions

As we continue to scale our operations and customer footprint, we are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize our core operational engine.
Role Overview
The Director of Operations is responsible for end-to-end operational execution across product management, supply chain, logistics, installation coordination, and operational process design. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification, while continuously improving efficiency, quality, and scalability.
This position also collaborates closely with finance and sales leadership to support forecasting, margin management, pricing inputs, and customer delivery commitments—without owning sales or finance directly.

- Implement systems, tools, and workflows that support growth and operational visibility
- Drive lean initiatives and cost-reduction strategies without sacrificing quality or service
- Support expansion into new markets, customers, or product lines
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance on forecasting, margin analysis, cost controls, and operational budgeting
- Support Sales by validating delivery timelines, feasibility, and operational inputs for proposals
- Provide operational insights to leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations, logistics, and installation teams
- Set clear performance expectations and accountability
- Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, ideally within manufacturing, lighting, construction, electrical, or industrial services
- Proven experience managing supply chains, logistics, and field operations
- Strong understanding of operational finance fundamentals (COGS, margins, inventory, forecasting)
- Experience working with enterprise or multi-location customers
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a growing organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Experience
