Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and accountability for 18 facilities across the US, Canada, and the UK, utilizing technology and SLAs to manage merchant logistics and hold partner warehouses accountable.
  • Lead, manage, recruit, scale up, and empower a team of 12-15 direct reports, including the core Customer Service (CS) team and project managers, with plans to double the team within 18 months.
  • Drive system management, project management, technology infrastructure accountability, and network planning across different facilities.
  • Own P&L results, churn expansion, revenue, and overall warehouse accountability.
  • Manage four core operational functions: onboarding, customer experience (CS), fulfillment (including adding new warehouses and removing underperforming ones), and technology infrastructure.
  • Provide senior leadership, and setting a proactive, data-driven tone from the top down.
  • Travel approximately 10-20% of the time for purposes such as evaluating new warehouses, addressing issues, and overseeing major customer setups.
  • Be willing to work outside of standard hours as needed to support the demands of a rapidly growing startup.

  • Demonstrated experience in significantly growing a company.
  • Strong managerial experience, with a proven ability to lead, manage, recruit, and empower teams.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with a proactive and critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of warehousing logistics, supply chain, customer service, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, retail shops).
