About the Role

This is not your typical Director of Business Development position. Instead youll be :

  • Applying your business and leadership expertise in a transformational space.
  • Working independently while learning and implementing strategic marketing and sales processes using a proven automated system.
  • Mentoring and guiding professionals seeking personal and business growth through our onboarding pathway.
  • Engaging with warm pre-qualified leads and guiding them through a simple interview process.
  • Attending weekly online global training sessions to stay aligned with best practices and community momentum.
  • Supporting and developing your own clients and team with structured ongoing training and leadership.
About You

Youre someone who :

  • Has experience in business leadership consulting sales and / or strategic marketing.
  • Is self-driven and looking to pivot into something more meaningful flexible and aligned with your values.
  • Values growth purpose and leading with authenticity.
  • Communicates with confidence both one-on-one and in group settings.
