With strong project management and collaboration skills, you will work on-site three days per week to achieve ambitious marketing goals.

As Director, Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of category and brand management across FGF Brands’ portfolio, including ACE Bakery, Stonefire, Santosh, and Simple Joys. You will serve as the steward and subject-matter expert for each brand, bringing a deep understanding of performance by retailer, channel, and geography. This role combines visionary leadership with hands‑on execution. You will champion brand strategy, protect brand integrity, and drive growth across North America in partnership with cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
