Align patching strategies with broader infrastructure goals, business priorities, and compliance requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of patch engineers.

  • Automation & Innovation – Drive adoption of leading-edge automation tools (SCCM, Satellite, Ansible, Tanium) to streamline patching operations. Champion efficiency improvements by eliminating manual processes and optimizing workflows. Introduce AI/ML-driven solutions for patch prioritization, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection.

  • Collaboration & Influence – Partner with platform owners, Application Operations, Development teams, and IT leadership to coordinate patching strategies with minimal business disruption. Represent patch management in enterprise governance forums, audits, and compliance reviews. Advocate for infrastructure-led innovation and continuous improvement across IT.

  • Metrics & Reporting – Define KPI’s for patch compliance, remediation timelines, and operational efficiency. Deliver executive-level dashboards and reports that highlight risk reduction and efficiency gains.
