  • Ensure compliance with federal / provincial legislation and OHS standards.
  • Track and report KPIs; drive process improvement.

Overview

Director Human Resources Confidential (Talent Diamond client)

Location: Richmond BC; Model: On-site (MonFri occasional weekends); Type: Permanent Full-time

Compensation: From $120000 benefits

About the role

Lead site HR for a unionized multi-site processing environment. Youll align HR strategy to operations coach leaders and run a disciplined HR function across recruitment employee / labour relations attendance / leave benefits training and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists; set priorities and standards
  • Advise managers on policy investigations grievance handling and CBA application
  • Own full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning for site roles
  • Oversee attendance / leave management return-to-work and confidential records (HRIS)
  • Ensure compliance with federal / provincial legislation and OHS standards
  • Track and report KPIs (hiring turnover attendance engagement); drive process improvement
