The company recently became an independent entity under new ownership and is part of a broader international portfolio of industrial businesses. The mill operates as a fully integrated site and is embarking on a new phase of development with a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.
The Health and Safety Director will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the health and safety management system across the entire site. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance under Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and cultivating a culture of shared responsibility for safety among all employees.
