At Lightspeed, we’re looking for Director, Growth Marketing to join our global team and lead the charge in creating data‑driven growth strategies that drive revenue, optimize performance, and push our global customer acquisition efforts into new territory. You’ll be a key leader and owner in Lightspeed’s global marketing organization. Your mission will be to build scalable growth engines, improve conversion funnels, and enable data‑first decision‑making across our acquisition and lifecycle efforts.
At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skill set, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of $170,000-200,000 CAD. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, RRSP plan and match, paid parental leave top‑up, and paid time off.
