The role partners closely with Risk and Finance to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs, deliver measurable impact, and empower users. Product management expertise is essential to ensure solutions are intuitive, widely adopted, and continuously improved.

This role reports directly to the Head of ERM Technology Strategy Execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a cohesive ERA technology strategy that supports enterprise risk objectives and drives business impact.

  • Coordinate technology solutions with partners in Risk and Finance to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and maximize stakeholder value.
  • Lead budget and capability decisions, prioritizing investments that deliver measurable outcomes and empower users.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for ERA initiatives, including all technology platforms, with a focus on adoption, intuitive usage, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply product management best practices: develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and drive enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Set and track KPIs for product quality, usage/adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and realized ROI.
  • Champion solutions that make risk identification, forecasting, and analytics accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure platforms are regularly enhanced to support robust risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting, adapting to regulatory and business changes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across teams and stakeholders.
Expertise & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in product management: owning roadmaps, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Fluency in technical processes and databases, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and drive alignment, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Broad and diverse understanding of forecasting approaches, financial concepts, and experience in model and reporting implementation and execution frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex, regulated environments.
  • Deep experience implementing and championing Agile delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to articulate strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and detail-oriented; adept at managing multiple priorities and building high-performing teams.

  • Team player and collaborator who builds consensus and drives alignment.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, able to engage senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • High emotional intelligence; adapts to dynamic environments and evolving business needs.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and empowering others.
