Director, Centre for Economic and Workforce Development

Duties

This position reports to the VP, Academic, and focuses on leading and growing our workforce education programs across multiple campuses. This strategic leadership role is responsible for aligning workforce initiatives with regional economic priorities, developing high-impact partnerships, and ensuring equitable access to training that meets the evolving needs of employers and communities, in alignment with the College\'s strategic direction.

Qualifications

A Bachelor\'s degree in business, public administration, or education required (master\'s preferred), with 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in workforce development, adult education, or related sectors. Demonstrated success in managing regional teams, leading funded projects, and overseeing operations, financial planning, marketing, and program development.

Salary

The starting annual salary is $106,310 to $141,747 for this Management Group position. Management Group employees are eligible for annual salary increases within and above the starting range through demonstrated performance.
