The Director, 3PL Operations (International) is responsible for the strategic oversight, performance, and governance of third-party logistics (3PL) operations across Canada and international markets. This leader ensures that all 3PL partners operate with consistency, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting Milwaukee Tool’s rapidly expanding global footprint.
Through disciplined operational management, strategic foresight, and strong cross-functional collaboration, this role will deliver scalable 3PL performance that strengthens Milwaukee Tool’s ability to move product safely, efficiently, and reliably—meeting customer demand and fueling enterprise growth.

Serving as a critical extension of the Distribution & Transportation executive team, this role ensures alignment between enterprise growth goals and execution across the global 3PL network—delivering world-class operational performance, compliance, and cost efficiency.
