Une entreprise de graphite avancé recherche un∙e directeur∙trice des services aux projets pour gérer des équipes fournissant des services de gestion de projets pour des projets majeurs. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 15 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, des compétences en leadership, et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. Cette position inclut des possibilités de travail à distance et des visites sur site.

Qualifications

Nous cherchons actuellement un∙e directeur∙trice, services aux projets en vue de la phase construction prévue chez Nouveau Monde Graphite.

YOUR MISSION / VOTRE MISSION

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage a team of professionals who provide project management services. These services will specifically include cost control, planning, and document management for the owner’s teams that manage and execute NMG’s two flagship projects: the Matawinie Mine and the Bécancour Battery Material Plant.

• Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities for the Project Services team.
• Establish key performance indicators (earned value) to track projects and issue monthly reports, including the standard S-curves for cost monitoring.
• Manage project planners responsible for defining, revising, and updating project execution schedules (permits, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
• Coordinate the identification of critical milestones to ensure the smooth progression of the various project phases.
• Support teams in detecting budget and schedule variances and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support teams in establishing risks and opportunities and mitigation measures.
• Implement management tools as well as procedures and software for document control.
• Onboard various consultants and external firms working on these projects and monitor their progress.

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE / VOTRE PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

• University degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or any other field that is relevant to the position.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with previous experience managing engineering projects and major project construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure.
• Proven leadership, team management and communication skills.
• A good command of English (oral and written).
