Qualifications

• Possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (completed or in progress) such as Psychology or Social Work.
• Obtain a Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector (current within 6 months).
• Possess a valid G Driver's License and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Life Skills Training and personal development.
• Create and implement therapeutic programming.
• Provide hygiene support and daily living assistance.

Skills

Experience with children and/or youth with disabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Computer skills

Ability to set priorities to manage time

Education

Post-secondary degree or diploma in related fields
