Your main responsibility is to manage and scheduling the processing of film, TV video assets through the digital workflow from ingest to delivery.

What will your job look like?
  • Creating deliverable files that adhere to client specifications
  • Conforming/syncing/editing audio/video assets
  • Evaluating the quality of and checking for errors in digital video/audio assets
  • Describing and identifying the severity of issues in content
  • Confirming basic technical requirements and client specifications
  • Ensuring overall integrity and quality of content (video, audio, captions, etc.) adhere to standards as well as any additional client specific requirements
  • Work with engineering to address hardware/software concerns /upgrades as needed
  • Identify and document any encoding related issues

  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
  • Experience with common office applications
  • Basic understanding of digital media technologies including encoding and quality control standards
  • The ability to react quickly and constructively to troubleshoot problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • College education or equivalent professional experience required
  • Experience in post-production services will be considered a PLUS
  • Prior Audio/Video Editing experience or education is required
  • Familiarity with various file formats (IMF, ProRes, scc, dxfp, pac, itt), standards, resolutions, frame rates, etc. will be considered a plus
  • Experience with Final Cut, Premiere and/or other editing software is a plus
  • Experience with digital video/audio encoding systems is a plus
  • Experience with ProTools preferred is a plus
  • Resolve and Colorfront experience preferred
  • Familiarity with video mastering and localization processes is a plus
