Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO and SEM to support our digital strategy on a part‑time or casual basis. This role contributes to driving organic and paid search performance through data‑driven decision‑making and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and optimize SEO (technical, on‑page, off‑page) strategies.
  • Lead SEM / paid search campaigns and monitor performance (e.g., Google Ads).
  • Conduct market and keyword research to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Report on performance metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, ROI/ROAS).
  • Stay current with algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and SEM innovations.
  • Generate and present bi-weekly reporting to leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and others (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience optimizing content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) is an asset.
