Summary of key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute segment specific strategies across paid channels (Homeowners vs. Industry Professionals); PPC, display / retargeting, affiliates
  • Ensure full customer journey from paid channels is optimised, in coordination with other marketing functions (content, UX/UI and merchandising)
  • Forecast, manage and report on paid spend and performance
  • Research and test new strategies and channels to grow / optimise paid channels & email
  • Report on competitor activity within paid channels
  • Manage / coordinate with external agencies / contractors

What you must have

  • 3+ years experience in digital media campaign management
  • Rock-solid analytics alongside an ability to create insights and stories with data
  • Customer first mind-set
  • Solid GA and GTM experience
  • Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and GA
  • Marketing automation / eMail marketing experience
  • Curious mindset & desire to improve what’s there, and build new and better
  • Collaborative approach to marketing
  • An audacious spirit that embraces uncertainty and challenges with enthusiasm
  • High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
