Digital Marketing and Content Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Content Specialist to fill an existing vacancy within our Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this full‑time, hybrid role bridges the gap between strategic digital marketing and content development. This position is available in any one of our Ontario offices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and content calendars to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging digital content aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Optimize digital strategy and content for SEO and GEO.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and community.
  • Monitor and analyse website and social media traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Identify and report on KPIs.
  • Research and report on market trends.
  • Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading corporate communications as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, commerce, media or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, professional services or exposure to technical/engineering verticals would be highly valued.
Experience & Competencies
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills. Able to frame content to intended audience and switch between educational and persuasive tones as appropriate.
  • Proven ability to optimize content for SEO and GEO.
  • Proven ability to set up and analyse high-quality analytics using the latest industry standards for privacy, accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Proficient in using AI tools for workflow optimization and content generation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000
