Overview

R2816015 Digital Governance Product Owner

Location: Toronto, On (Hybrid). Department: Digital Portfolio and Governance.

Sanofi is undergoing a vast digital transformation with AI and ML solutions to accelerate R&D, manufacturing and commercial performance. The Digital Strategy & Operations team enables this transformation, partnering with Digital and broader Sanofi to embed digital and AI at scale across the value chain. This role, as a senior member of the Digital Strategy team, will work with the Leadership Team to build strategy practice and deliver on digital transformation. We are seeking a dynamic Digital Governance Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of our Governance Process and Prioritization product, driving adoption across Sanofi's global business and embedding it into operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development of the Governance Process and Prioritization product, reimagining approval workflows to accelerate delivery lifecycle
  • Drive measurable business impact through outcome-focused product development and management
  • Engage with key stakeholders across global business units and collaborate with Strategy & Operations partners for effective governance activation
  • Report to senior leadership on outcomes in key governance forums with data-driven insights
  • Spearhead global adoption of the governance product and develop strategies to embed it into business operations
  • Provide comprehensive training, support, and change management to ensure successful implementation
  • Demonstrate agile product development methodology, delivering incremental improvements quarter after quarter
  • Regularly assess and refine the product based on user feedback, business needs, and evolving digital landscape
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of combined product/program management experience; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital governance or related field with strong data product skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and deliver incremental value.
  • Familiar with AI tools and data platforms such as Snowflake, LLMs, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with strategic business focus
  • Experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities across organizational levels

The salary range for this position is:

$108,900.00 - $157,300.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
