General Description

You will manage paid advertising across Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Meta while producing the short‑form videos and creatives needed to support those campaigns. Most creative work will use existing manufacturer footage, product shots, or simple in‑office clips. This role is ideal for someone who loves practical execution, creative testing, and using modern tools to produce high‑performing ads efficiently.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
  • Build and manage campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Launch and optimize brand awareness, product category and retargeting campaigns.
  • Understand auction and bidding systems across platforms (CPC/CPM strategies, smart bidding, manual bidding) and optimize accordingly.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, keywords and tracking to maximize ROI and reduce wasted spend.
  • Test platforms and formats to identify the highest-performing channels.
  • Provide weekly performance updates.
Light Video Production
  • Develop simple video ideas for ads and product spotlights.
  • Shoot quick clips in-office (product close-ups, demo switches, sensor tests, etc.).
  • Edit videos using templates or AI‑assisted tools.
  • Trim and repurpose manufacturer‑provided footage.
  • Add captions, simple transitions and resize for platforms.
  • Create multiple versions for A/B testing and continuously iterate based on performance.
  • Be confident testing, iterating and experimenting to identify what drives the strongest results.
Creative & Assets
  • Create static ads using brand templates.
  • Generate ad copy with AI and request technical accuracy checks as needed.
  • Produce platform‑ready creative variations.
  • Maintain a library of approved images, videos and copy blocks.
Light Content Support
  • Convert video clips or campaign insights into simple blog posts or short written summaries.
  • Suggest improvements to landing page copy based on campaign results and user behavior.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to help refine messaging.
  • Add supporting visuals or short clips to existing content when needed.
Requirements / Skills
  • Experience managing paid ads (Google Ads and either LinkedIn or Meta required)
  • Ability to shoot simple photos and video clips.
  • Ability to edit basic videos using CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Upload a cover letter containing only the word sensor
  • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate creative and copy workflows.
  • A testing mindset and willingness to iterate quickly.
  • Comfortable doing basic research on competitors, keywords and trends to inform creative strategy.
Nice to Have
  • LinkedIn or Meta Ads experience.
  • B2B or technical industry exposure.
  • Basic design skills with templates.
  • Experience formatting simple content or blog posts.
