Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in design review of land development applications.
• Experience in providing expert witness testimony for Ontario Land Tribunal Hearings.
• Valid and unrestricted Ontario Driver’s License Class G required.

Responsibilities

• Review and recommend approval of engineering details for development applications.
• Provide technical support to the legal team and attend Ontario Land Tribunal hearings.
• Coordinate comments from a multi-disciplinary team for design reviews.
