Open Positions

We are looking for two Development Engineers for our AGCO POWER R&D in Linnavuori, Nokia. One position focuses on batteries and battery development via BMS hardware; the other focuses on engine software development and testing.

Responsibilities

• For the BMS-focused position: take responsibility for whole BMS development and define BMS hardware used in batteries of AGCO and AGCO Power customer machines based on customer and vehicle requirements.
• For the engine software-focused position: participate in engine software development and testing, and in the development of various programming environments; contribute to software development tasks involving new engine technologies.
• Work with HIL test automation systems, real engines, and modern work machines.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Technology-oriented development engineer/expert with experience in software development related to engine control software development and software testing.
• Experience or focus on battery development and BMS hardware.
