What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with hygienists, becoming a trusted mentor and coach
• Elevate patient care through training, standardization, and hands‑on support
• Partner with clinic leaders to align hygiene goals with overall clinic growth
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and skill development for new hygienists
• Deliver training initiatives on new products, patient care standards, and workflow optimization
• Coach underperforming clinics to achieve consistency and excellence
